The Horse, the Dog and the Owl are the common inhabitants of this family owned business located in the province of Cotopaxi - Ecuador, in the old farmlands of Hacienda Tilipulo.

Maria Jose and Felipe are dedicated horse lovers and the farm managers.The hacienda is dedicated mostly to grow broccoli, artichoke and potatoes but it also raises horses. The couple's  love for nature and horses brought them to live in Tilipulo where they dedicate most of their time to train and breed horses and to operate a small riding school. They both are certified horseback riding guides and instructors by CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association).

As our favorite companions and best mates, our horses at Hacienda Tilipulo are well taken care of and pampered daily. We know most of our horses since they were born. We have bred strong, happy horses, well adapted to our country´s high altitude terrain and trained for endurance riding. We have carefully chosen our Creole, Thoroughbred and Arab mares and stallions to breed high performance, healthy horses.
